# Referrals

### Overview

The MemeMax Referral Program allows users to earn rewards by inviting friends to trade on the platform. Every user receives a unique referral code upon account creation, making it easy to share and start earning from referred trading activity.

The program is designed to reward long-term participation with a simple and transparent commission structure.

***

### How Referrals Work

* **Referral Code:** Each user is automatically assigned a referral code when their account is created.
* **Commission Rate:** Referrers earn a **fixed 10% commission** based on the trading fees generated by their referred users.

***

### Referral Rewards

* **Reward Type:** USDC
* **Network:** Arbitrum One

***

### Calculation & Distribution

* **Calculation Time:** Daily, starting at **00:00:00 UTC**
* Referral commissions are calculated based on the trading fees generated by referred users during the previous period.

***

### Notes

* Referral rewards are subject to platform rules and anti-abuse measures.
* MemeMax reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate the referral program in cases of abuse or non-ethical behavior.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.mememax.com/trading/referrals.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
