### Pathfinder

Pathfinder is the first season to celebrate the launch of MemeMax. Just as in space exploration, the pathfinder phase is a preparatory stage that tests new technologies and operational procedures for future, more complex missions.

For us, Pathfinder represents the first step in building something meaningful. It’s an early look at what’s ahead, designed to help our community get familiar with MemeMax and prepare for what’s coming next.

#### **What are MaxPoints (MP)?**

MaxPoints (MP) are points awarded to accounts based on their activity on the MemeMax platform. Accounts are ranked by their total MP and rewarded accordingly at the end of the season.

* **Start:** May 7th, 2026 03:00:00 UTC.
* **End:** TBA

#### **How to participate?**

All accounts are automatically eligible to earn MaxPoints upon account registration.

### MaxPoints

#### **How to earn MaxPoints?**

During the Pathfinder season, users can earn MaxPoints through four primary activities:

1. **Trading Points:**

* Awarded based on trading behavior, including maker/taker contributions, trading volume, and other relevant factors.

2. **PnL Points:**

* Calculated based on realized gains and losses from trading activity.

3. **Referral Points:**

* Earned through the activity of users you refer to MemeMax.

4. **Global multipliers:**

* Designed to reward long-term engagement. No withdrawals result in higher multipliers - and more MaxPoints.

#### **MP Calculation**

* **Formula:**
  * *Total MaxPoints = (Trading Points + PnL Points) \* Global Multipliers + Referral Points*
* **Update time:**
  * Points are aggregated daily from 00:00:00 UTC to 23:59:59 UTC.
  * Points are updated weekly, every Monday, around 02:00:00 UTC \~ 03:00:00 UTC

### Penalties

#### **Abusive actions and sybil detection**

MemeMax reserves the right to rebalance MaxPoints for any accounts flagged for abusive or non-ethical behavior.

Accounts found engaging in severe abuse may be disqualified from the current season and, at our discretion, banned from future seasons.

### Notes

1. **Calculation formulas:** Specific formulas and weighting details will remain undisclosed to ensure fair competition and prevent system manipulation.
2. **Excluded accounts:** Market-making accounts are not eligible for MaxPoints.
3. **Ranking dispute:** If multiple accounts have the same Total MaxPoints, rankings will be determined based on activity timing and point composition.
4. **Screening:** Rewards will be distributed after a comprehensive review of all accounts. The final ranking and distribution date will be announced through official community channels.
